Thistle Ridge Equestrian Centre is situated in the small rural community of Smithfield in Somerset County, Maine.

Take I-95 to the Waterville-Oakland Exit 127, take Rt. 137 west. Follow Rt. 137 (approximately 8 miles) through Oakland turning right when Rt. 137 and Rt. 8 come together (Sweet Dreams Convenience Store is across the road). Continue to follow Rts. 137 and 8 until they split at the Smithfield Store, bear right, staying on Rt. 8. This is also called Village Road. Travel two miles, Thistle Ridge Equestrian Centre will be on the right, across from the Smithfield Town Baseball Field and just past the town sand and salt shed.
